=Kastellstraße=<br />
<br />
Die Kastellstraße im Karlsruher Stadtteil <lex id="top-0558">Durlach</lex> beginnt an der Ecke <lex id="top-0311">Bergbahn-</lex>/<lex id="top-2759">Turmbergstraße</lex> und verläuft zum <lex id="ins-1365">Bergfriedhof</lex>. Sie wurde bei der <lex id="ereig-0214">Eingemeindung</lex> Durlachs 1938 wieder Kastellstraße benannt, nachdem sie zwei Jahre Horst-Wessel-Straße geheißen hatte. Der Name soll auf die Römer verweisen, die auf Durlacher Gemarkung gesiedelt haben. In der Kastellstraße 6 steht ein freistehendes, zweigeschossiges Wohnhaus mit reichem Zierfachwerk, das von dem Architekten Adolf Wüst für den Prokuristen Karl Jörger 1899 erbaut wurde. 1935 kam ein zweigeschossiger Erkeranbau hinzu.<br />
